Every dematology practice is different. In a comprehensive integration package, the strategy should be, too.

Integration Management

You’ll be assigned the same Director of Integration for the duration of our working relationship. Your Director of Integration will have several years of NextGen® integration management, manage the entire integration team, build a playbook for training and continuity, and spearhead solutions with vendors.

Training

The process starts with onsite workflow analysis where we’ll document clinical and business office processes and also make recommendations for improvement. We’ll prepare custom training manuals and custom curriculums and deliver any combination of onsite and online training solutions. Training solutions are tailored to specific audiences based on job roles and our understanding of the practice workflows. Our experienced team will provide elbow to elbow support for your clinical and business office teams as they begin using their new software. Our training solutions are customized to your needs, staff availability, and optimal workflows. We often deliver training over weekends prior to go live if needed.
